Description

Akkerman Delfts Blue is a medium royal blue ink with medium shading. It dries in 50 seconds in a medium nib on Rhodia and has an average flow. Akkerman ink originates in the Netherlands.

Akkerman fountain pen ink in Delfts Blue, in the famous 60ml. bottle. This light blue ink is packed in a decorative box. A smooth writing ink is of course perfect for personal use, but in the original packaging it is also a perfect gift!

The faceted ink bottle is characterized by the long neck with a glass marble. The neck fills with ink by tilting the closed ink bottle. Once upright the marble will fall back and prevent the ink from flowing back. This creates a reservoir with ink above the marble, from which the fountain pen can easily be filled, even when the pot is almost empty!
